RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof (pictures or videos) of purchase.

Therefore, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and fix it.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Items that are worn, used, damaged or not in original packaging cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for items that are altered or changed.

Kind reminder: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. And, returned package without an authorized return from customer service representatives will not be refunded.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@fashionlinefactory.com and provide details for return. We’ll send you instructions on how to return your package and information of refund process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will need to pay for return shipping.

EXCHANGE

You can request for an exchange instead of refund under these circumstances: your whole package is lost or has never been delivered; items you received are defective or have been damaged. After confirmation, we will send you a replacement package.

Please note that there is no handling fee for return and exchange, but the freight incurred by the return and exchange shall be borne by the buyer.

REFUND

If your order is caused by our out of stock, you can contact us at customerservice@fashionlinefactory.com , you can choose to exchange or refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the refund about 7 working days.

Please note that Since there will be some color difference in product shooting, please refer to the actual product after receiving the goods
